M13 Wygodne Spanie is a modern, fully autonomous facility in the heart of the city with an intelligent accommodation system, located on the lively Mariacka Street.
By giving up time-consuming check-in procedures, we decided to replace the traditional reception with a modern door code system. Our clients can easily access the accommodation at any time.
On arrival day, you will receive an e-mail from us with all the information regarding self-check in. This message includes a door code for your room.
All you need is a 4-digit code followed by the star and you'll never lose your keys again. WIFI is available throughout the property
You can choose from six private rooms with en suite. Fully equipped shared kitchen with dining area is available at your disposal. A place where you can not only prepare your favourite meal, but also meet new and interesting people. For those guests who appreciate greater convenience and comfort, we offer apartments with kitchenettes.
Each room has been uniquely designed. An artwork of local artists is featured within the property showing atmosphere and history of this wonderful city. The interior is complimented with furniture designed and made in an industrial style. M13 is not only about unique interiors but also focuses on comfortable sleeping, guaranteed with comfortable mattresses. A constant exchange of fresh air throughout the facility will be provided by a recuperation system.
M13 on Mariacka Street is located in the very centre of Katowice with lively and rich historical promenade. Pubs, restaurants, cafes and art galleries are only a stones throw away. Railway and bus station, Spodek, International Congress Center, NOSPR, Theaters and Philharmonic are only a few minutes away. Should you not feel like preparing breakfast yourself, order it with us, and you will get it right next door, at the Browar Mariacki restaurant.
